SHIPPING & RETURNS
We operate an exchange only policy.
Customers may request an exchange within 10 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be returned in perfect unworn condition with all original tags and labels attached. For hygiene reasons, exchanges cannot be accepted for items showing signs of wear, including perfume, make-up, body odour or smoke.
Please note that exchange processing times may take up to 21 days depending on current manufacturing lead times.
Items with bespoke alterations or custom requirements, including length adjustments or additional width added to bust or hip areas, are non-exchangeable.
Sale items are also non-exchangeable.
All exchange requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Daisy Bee via email.
Please ensure all exchange cards are completed fully and included with your return to avoid delays in processing.
Approved exchanges may also be issued as a store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend all returns are sent using a tracked postal service, as Daisy Bee cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Estimated dispatch times are approximately 10–21 working days depending on stock availability and current production schedules. Where possible, orders may be dispatched sooner.

PRE-ORDERS
If a pre-order item is purchased alongside an in-stock item, both items will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.
Pre-orders cancelled after production has begun may incur a £5 administration fee per item.
