Shipping & Returns
We operate an EXCHANGE ONLY policy.
Customers reserve the right to exchange within 10 days of delivery date.
All items must have the tag / label attached, in perfect unworn, condition. For hygiene purposes, no exchange will be given for products that have perfume, make up, body odour or cigarette smell on them.
Exchanges can take up to 14 days to be processed and sent back to the customer, due to manufacturing lead times at the time of return.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDERS WHICH HAVE NOTES REQUESTING BESPOKE REQUIREMENTS E.G LENGTH CHANGES, ADDING EXTRA WIDTH AND LENGTH TO BUST OR HIP AREAS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE!

NOTE: Return postage is at the buyers own cost and risk. All items must be returned via "tracked mail" to ensure that Returns arrive safely. No Exchanges will be given for an items that go missing in the post.
