ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE TO ORDER?

Our garments are handmade produced in limited quantities or made to order. Production and dispatch times may therefore vary depending on current demand and stock availability.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Estimated dispatch times are approximately 7–21 working please look on our product titles for exact post dates. Some orders may be dispatched sooner depending on stock availability.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We operate an exchange only policy. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn with all original tags attached.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

As many items are hand made to order or produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.

DO YOU OFFER STORE CREDIT?

Approved exchanges may also be issued as store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

WHAT IF I ORDER A PRE-ORDER ITEM WITH AN IN-STOCK ITEM?

If a pre-order item is purchased alongside an in-stock item, your order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

Some styles are restocked depending on fabric availability, however many collections are produced in limited runs to keep it exclusive.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES FIT?

Our garments are produced in standard UK sizing from UK 4 – UK 14. Fit may vary between styles, therefore we recommend referring to individual product descriptions for additional sizing guidance.
